Shopology accepts returns for product defects up to 30 days with customer return authorization.  Return authorizations are provided at the sole discretion of management subject to customer-provided testimony regarding product having been damaged prior to customer receipt.  Customers must source Return Authorizations within 3 days of product receipt.  Shopology must receive returned product within 30 days of customer purchase.

Customized apparel will not be accepted for return under any circumstances except for product damage.   Shopology will, at its own discretion, offer other mediation which may or may not included partial or full cash credit or product replacement.
